Programme Details 

Participants will experience
1) Activity-based learning    
  • Participants will engage in activities such as games and will be asked to reflect on what they had learn either in a group or individually. 
2) NLP foundations    
  • Participants will be taught a few relevant NLP presuppositions which will be presented in real life relatable     examples, as well as accompanying tools and strategies that they will be able to apply in their daily lives.
3) Group dynamics   
  • Participants will be in groups so as to ensure group interactions which will promote communication, learning and mutual understanding in a safe environment.


Highlights of the programme
1) Personal sharing    
  •  Real, honest and uncut, the sharing will be straight from the heart with no alterations or amendments. It will provide insight for parents into what their teenagers are going through and what they may be thinking.
2) Keeping it real  
  • Examples used are from real people and mostly locals. And only updated research from the field of psychology is used to make it easier for participants to relate to.
3) NLP strategies
  • Tried and tested methods and tools are used to elicit positive outcome, packaged into layman examples suitable for those new to NLP
