In this workshop, we will be helping you to learn more about yourself and ultimately chart out your journey towards fulfilling your dreams and goals! Learn the secrets of the experts and how you too can be an achiever. It will be a day full of activities, interaction, and fun. Something you would never want to miss! So do check us out!

Programme Details

Participants will experience
1) Activity-based learning
  • Participants will engage in activities such as games and will be asked to reflect on what they had learn either in a group or individually 

2) NLP foundations

  • Participants will be taught a few relevant NLP presuppositions which will be presented in real life relatable     examples, as well as accompanying tools and strategies that they will be able to apply in their daily lives.

3) Group dynamics

  • Participants will be in groups so as to ensure group interactions which will promote communication, learning and mutual understanding in a safe environment

Highlights of the programme 
1) Keeping it real
  • Examples used are from real people and mostly locals. And only updated research from the field of psychology is used to make it easier for participants to relate to.

2) NLP strategies
  • Tried and tested methods and tools are used to elicit positive outcome, packaged into layman examples suitable for those new to NLP

3) Action plan
  • This is not one of those feel-good-only and all-talk-no-action courses. Participants will be facilitated in the process of coming up with a personal action plan, complete with concrete steps that will be able to follow in the journey of reaching their desired goals and outcome.
